SARA ART 2025 Kick Off Event - Early Registration

EXTENDED DEADLINE - APRIL 4TH, 2025

SARA NY invites Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Students who are also Artists, to submit their artistic projects to this annual art show, SARA ART. This year our sponsor Sherwin Williams has generously agreed to supply paint to artists who would like to create a new work for our 2025 exhibition. This March, any Artists who sign up early during our SARA ART 2025 KICK OFF EVENT will receive up to 2 qts of paint, colors of their choice, to use for their works. We will host a Paint Pick Up Party on May 14th at Cucine Design NYC where we will celebrate the SARA ART Kick-Off and artists can pick up their paints to use. After registering, please fill out the SARA ART 2025 Kick Off Event - Early Registration form, including your address; Sherwin Williams will send you color fans to select your colors. SARA NY will reach out to collect your paint order after March 31st. (Artists must be able to pick up their paint from the party location in Chelsea to participate; we will not be able to ship/courier/send paint to artists.) SARA ART will take place in October 2025; official registration will start in July 2025.

STEP 1: Pay First Submission Fee through Viewcy: SARA ART KICK OFF EVENT

STEP 2: Submitting Multiple Artworks? - Pay an Additional Submission Fee per additional artwork at the link above. Undecided? - You can submit more artworks during our official SARA ART Submissions in July.

STEP 3: Fill out this Google Form with all valid information:  SARA ART 2025 Kick Off Event - Early Registration

ARTIST SUBMISSION FEES

• First Submission: $25 (SARA Member)/$30 (Non-members) *March Only - prices go up to $30/$35 in July.

• Each Additional Submission: $20 (For All)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Artists can submit a maximum of 5 artworks to SARA ART.

• All artwork must be mounted/framed to be placed on an easel or be self supporting. 

• Artworks smaller than 30” x 40” will be mounted on a tabletop easel. 

• Artworks larger than 30” x 40” may be subject to additional fees. Please reach out to SARA NY Executive Director - Justin Brown at webmaster@sarany.org for more information.

• All works must be deemed appropriate for public display. - Subject to review by SARA NY Council

• Please include any additional needs regarding your pieces, i.e. electricity needs, etc. within your digital image submission form. Please note that requests will be considered by SARA NY Council but are not guaranteed.
