ACNY will conduct a Forum with NYC Department of Buildings and the NYC Department of City Planning representatives. This forum will discuss the other applicable NYC/NYS Building Regulations Architects and Engineers need to be aware of for projects being developed under the new “Housing Opportunity” zoning regulations, including the “Ancillary Dwelling Unit” amendments to the NYC Building Code, adopted under Local Law 127 of 2024.
